Doge coin would work best as a low level internet currency, with very minor real world uses. In addition to posts having likes or thumbs up, it would be neat to be able to donate dogecoins as well. Have forums or social networks linked with your doge wallet so if you like a post you can tip right away.If a majority of users start using Dogecoin as a real currency, that means it has lost it's way and much sadness
In a world full of 7 Billion people that are clamoring for anything outside the controls of governments, tyrants, banks and unscrupulous traders...do you want happy, happy, joy, joy goofiness? Or do you want to be considered legitimate?
Bitcoin is gold, litecoin is silver and dogecoin is a trade currency.
Yes, kind of like that. I view it as Bitcoin is a $ large demonination, eventually maybe like $1000 bill. Litecoin might be the $500. A couple of others will fill in the $20, $50 and $100. If it shakes out that way, then to think Doge could be used like a $1 or even $5 bill is easy to see. But, the community needs to take it a bit more seriously and promote it's use as a currency, not just a token. There is serious money invested in Dogecoin, and in it's promotion.
