I have been following your posts about this problem. Unfortunately you have tried everything I would of tried. I did come across this post on bitcointalk, maybe it will help: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=231057.msg2431752#msg2431752Let me know the results, if it doesn't work out I'll keep searching. I wish I could replicate the problem so I could troubleshoot it locally however I never had a bad transaction yet (knock on wood). If it does work, upload the reward to the dogetipbot on reddit and donate to some new shibes, spread the moon!
How long have you kept the wallet program actually open and running on your computer at one time since trying to send? I'm asking because according to a post at Bitcointalk your wallet should try to rebroadcast any unconfirmed transactions after about half an hour or so Source: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=147063.msg1561053#msg1561053There's also something which seems to be a bit like your situation at http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/9333/unconfirmed-transaction-for-2-days-despite-network-fees-rescans-and-redownload . The solution looks a bit complicated and scarey though. Disclaimer (in case you try any of this and lose Dogecoins): these are not my ideas or recommendations and I don't know how any of this may affect you...it's just stuff I've found when searching about your problem . Good luck.
Hmm so it didnt even show up in the blockchain? You can try download version 1.5 which is on dogecoin.com. I have a similar problem sent 10k from cryptsy to wallet, per the blockchain it is in my wallet but never showed up in wallet. If the TX ID shows up in the wallet but not in the blockchain have you tried just looking at your wallet in the blockchain?
