Doge rpc / php
« on: December 26, 2013, 05:32:43 PM »
Hi i have setup my dogecoin.conf however i tried accessing it with my website hosted on godaddy's servers. The script says the connection was refused. I am 100% sure it's because the rpcallowip is not correct. However on my local machine the code runs just fine. The only way the connection is not refused on my local machine is by doing "rpcallowip=*.*.*.*" which would allow every ip-address correct.

I am behind a uverse router running windows 7 So maybe some reason communication isn't going out correctly and thats why the "rpcallowip=*.*.*.*" works for the local but not outside of my local network.

Anyone have any idea's how to fix/proceed because i'd like to keep my doge Rpc kind of on lockdown the best i can.
