Can someone enlighten me on how to solo Dig? Specifically in the DogeCoin Wallet.
You could open the debug window and type:"setgenerate true -1" (sans quotes) to CPU mine on all threads, or you can replace -1 with the number of threads you want to use (if you put 3 on a 4 core cpu, it will use about 75% cpu time)I don't know how good CPU mining on the wallet only is anymore though....

If you are using windows 7, create a dogecoin.conf file in Users/(username)/AppData/Roaming/DogeCoin -- Using this info:rpcuser=dogerpcpassword=wowaddnode=126.96.36.199addnode=188.8.131.52addnode=184.108.40.206rpcport=22555server=1daemon=1Then get guiminer scrypt https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=150331.0Create a new cgminer instance and put "localhost" (sans quotes on all these) for host"22555" for port "doge" for username and "wow" for password. Set your setting for your particular card up, then hit start Of course, this works best with AMD cards....If you are using Nvidia, best to use CudaMiner https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=167229.0It's command line, but it isn't hard to setup.. Just make a batch file using the same info... Would look something like:"cudaminer.exe -H 1 -d 0 -i 1 -l auto -o localhost:22555 -u doge -p wow"
At 200kh solo mining does any one think I will get a block and how long could it take? Any advice or experience?Waste time solo mining at 200kh or join a pool?
We could use some hashpower at doge.cryptoculture.net. Got a miner bonus for every 100 blocks the pool mines up to 1000.
