IMPORTANT: Buying Doge through PayPal
« on: January 30, 2014, 03:05:05 PM »
This topic might be obsolete to many of you, but it might be important to other (new) shibes. Just a step-by-step plan to safely buy- and sell coins through PayPal.

- ALWAYS let the seller send an invite to pay. Pay through this invite. This way you'll have the option to get your money back if the seller doesn't send you any coins.
- NEVER send your coins before receiving any money. No matter how trust worthy the buyer might be.
- NEVER send money as a "gift". When sending money as a gift you don't have the option to get your money back anymore if the seller doesn't send you coins.
- ALWAYS make sure to get your deal in writing and SAVE THE MESSAGES!
- Let the seller send you a small amount of coins first to confirm the wallet address. After confirmation, let him send the rest within a certain time limit.
Optional tip: use an official escrow if you can....

I hope this topic is useful to anyone. Just hope that nobody gets scammed!

Happy selling and buying everyone! Many business. So profit.

The 1st one was only done once to me of 40 deals or so and he charged it back. If you invoice them it is for a good or service hence PP might be looking for a tracking number/proof of delivery if you get chargedback (i guess?). There is no bulletproof way to not get chargedback.
